We accept returns and exchanges. However we DO NOT ACCEPT PARTIAL RETURNS OR EXCHANGES. The stone industry in general usually does not accommodate this. In order for a product to be returned or exchanged you must contact us immediately once you receive the material.
A %5 rate is the norm for broken pieces, chipped edges and cracks in the material. Any time there is a rate above %10 in damages we can discuss details. Product photos or video must be taken with a date stamp immediately upon receiving of damaged product. If you notice that the material is broken on the truck please send material back.
When we ship our products we inspect every single item and take a photo or video of every shipment prior to it leaving our warehouse. We make sure that every product leaves our warehouse in perfect condition.
Special orders and Custom orders are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Any product with as-is or final sale is ineligible for a return or refund(this will be notified in your sales email)
Absolutely no returns or exchanges on products that have been installed. Any type of damage occurred in installation is not the responsibility of WhiteMosaic.com
